In my dream I was in my house and a heard a noise. I went to my front door and opened it and my brother was laying on the front porch on his back by the front door. He was moaning and crying saying that his chest hurt.

What does it mean?

Hi,
Dreams are about what is happening to you in your sleep. In a round about way your subconscious is telling you that your chest is hurting. It might have been caused by indigestion however if you feel you need a medical, you should see a doctor. There is some tension in your life at present.

Both of you are right. I am and have been going through a real stressful period. Last night I do remember feeling my chest hurt some.

I am not very happy with my brother at this time, he has been a real pain to deal with in the last few months.
