It was late at night and me and my family were sitting on a bench. It felt a bit cold outside but it was nice and I was feeling a little uneasy for some reason and I insisted that we go home. Only when it started to snow and hail lightly did my parents consider leaving. We went inside the building we were next to, it was a church and we were passing through to get to the parking lot. We stopped for a second to talk with a couple of people but then move on to the car. As we were driving home we were passing an amusement park with lots of roller coasters. I wanted to go on a roller coaster. I was seeing the car I was riding in from the outside and it just sort of levitated onto a piece of track but then my dream changed back to first person and I wasn't in a car anymore I was hanging onto a sort of bar that was attached to the roller coaster rails... After a couple hills and loops of the weird roller coaster I woke up.

Don't underestimate your subconscious! The more intelligent you are, the more complex your dreams become. It is the way of the subconscious to keep the sleeper ignorant of the real purpose of the dream! However like the setter of a cryptic puzzle your subconscious gives oblique and obscure clues! In the above dream you were feeling cold in the sleep. The dream text clearly states that. You might have also experienced feeling cold when sitting on a bench or inside a church. The waking element of the dream is your fear of falling!: Quote:

Most of that I can agree with. A couple other things I remembered about the dream later: When I was sitting on the bench my sister was like I sensed it was going to start snowing (or something of that sort) and then I said back I felt it was going to snow 25 minutes ago... which was amusing. And the other thing is even though I was holding on a weird roller coaster poll thing... I wasn't actually that scared of the height (in fact it wasn't very obvious as to how high I was up). I was just about as nervous as I would be on a perfectly normal roller coaster (without the butterfly feeling in my gut) and I don't find that really scary.
