my friend had a dream about me... any ideas?

One of my best friends had a dream yesterday. This is a little background, we have been friends since we were 4 years old, we are now 34 y/o. We met in kindergarden and we went to the same elementary, middle school and high school and college in south America, in college I moved to the US and he stayed back home. We talk every week via email. He had a dream last night and this was his dream. Also please take in consideration that I have lived in the US for 11 years and we are both Hispanic.

“ I had a dream that you were fat! (I am very skinny, I weigh 140lbs), your face was fat but your body was normal, since you go to the gym you were kinda built, but that’s not all, you had asian eyes, you explained that since you were hanging out with Chinese and Japanese people you were trying to stretch your eyes every night so you could be more like them…”

I don’t mean to discriminate and pardon if anyone was offended for the language but I am trying to translate word by word on what my friend wrote about the dream. any ideas of what this means, we are intrigued.

If dreamt there were many eyes on his body and was seeing very well means his beliefs will be powerful.
If dreamt someone pulled out his eye means he will lose or will be far from a dear one or a dear property like a house or a garden.
If dreamt his eye was of iron means his reputation will spoil.
If dreamt his both eyes were swollen and he couldn't open them it means he will sit with an opposed man.
If dreamt his eyesight was weak means his religious servitude will be weak.
If dreamt his both eyes were pulled out means he won't have any beliefs.
If dreamt he had an eye in the middle of his face means people will speak bad behind his religious beliefs.
If dreamt his eyesight was good but people believed he is blind or nyctalopic it means his heart is better than his appearance.
If dreamt someone's eye was black and turned to blue means his situation will be worse. Taha/102 .
If one dreamt all of his eye was black and it had no white spot means he will get proud.
If dreamt one of his eyes was hurt means his child will be hurt.
If dreamt someone pulled out his eye means someone will spoil his child.
If dreamt someone covered his eyes with his hands means there will be a loss for his child or his properties or he will commit a sin.
If dreamt his eye was bleeding means he will have a sorrow because of his child or his properties.
If one dreamt his eye turned to an ear and his ear turned to an eye , it means he will marry a woman who has a daughter and he sleeps with both of them.
If one dreamt that had an eye in his hand means he will receive some money.

Eye may also mean :1- light 2- true belief 3- a child 4- money 5- science 6- increase in money and beliefs.

So, it may mean you lost or curved certain subjects of your believes.
