Dream Help

I was once in a dream, where I can talk to one of my friends. And I tryed to use as much force as I can to force myself to speak in my dream. I asked one of my friends, "am I dreaming?" and she looked at me with an evil look, then paused for 5 seconds. And then said, "No, you are not." Then I woke up...
