Two dreams

Last week I had the strangest dream. I was at my school's rival school (we consolidated, I guess), and I was walking with my friend from that school. The weird thing is that it wasn't really that school. It seemed to be set in California (I live in Indiana). Another strange thing is that my friend changed her hair dramatically... right now it is brown and shoulder length (if that even matters), and for some reason she had dyed it dark pink with burgundy, and cut bangs. Anyway, I was walking with her, and we were passing part of the school (we were outside), and there were poster displays (like the ones you see at Wal-Mart, where they are in giant frames and can be turned like a book). The poster displays showed students from both schools with their friends. We went inside to the cafeteria, and for some reason the library was connected to the cafeteria. I saw some of my friends, but I didn't sit with them. Instead, I walked over to a different friend of mine, and then we started holding hands. He led me to the school chapel (yeah, like I said... different. keep in mind, this is a public school), and he got onto a velvet mat and started praying. I decided to leave and go to the restroom. That's all I remember.

The other dream was simple. I was putting on mascara (my favorite makeup item). I know it's probably more than me liking mascara, so I was just wondering what it could be.
