Nightmare about witches

Last night i had a really bad nightmare, it all started with me going into my bedroom with a glowing red rock about the size of a wrist. I layed on my bed to read a book with the rock on a little table aside my door/window. After a few minutes i saw a glimpse of something fly by my window. Then the really bad part was when their was a group a witches flying outside started slamming themselves against the window, and one was on the balcony one was looking at me in the eye. I manged to grab a golf club which i don't have and grab the rock. Thats when i woke up. It felt so real that i still get goosebumps thinking about it. If somebody knows what this could mean i would really appreciate it.

I'm sure other posters here would be happy to explore some of the symbolism of your dream. I must admit I find your 'rock' quite intriguing. Is this something you might have acquired in some form in your (waking) life recently? I am guessing not. Which means that it was gifted to you (not physically), or you brought it from elsewhere (sub- or super- conscious).

I would be interested to know your background, and also your view on dreams or dream 'consciousness' if you see such things being maybe more than 'just' dreams. You attracted not one but many 'witches', which can be read on many levels. On the whole though, a good thing, strange as it might sound! Nothing really to worry about, in case you were concerned. But let us know if you are worried.

hello, I was i bit scared about this dream, the thing is that i normally dont remember my dreams, only my nightmares but this one seemed much more real then the normal ones. I do think dreams represent something or subconscious is trying to tell us. But i just couldn't figure anything about this one. The witches slamming against the window and seeing one one the balcony in the face really freaked me out. I dont know what else you would like to know.

Witches can symbolise people you would describe as witches. Often a devious and manipulative woman could be described this way.

yes this is true however you are still harvesting thoughts while your awake iv stayed awake for 4 days and have remembered everything within those 4 days. the danger is hallucinations. its varies from person to person also some people can withstand longer periods than others. id agree with the 1 week insanity comment that would probably be the case however i believe even these memories are being stored i believe our minds to be photographic in nature and i think they can store infinite amounts of information concisely or subconsciously.

As you say, the goosebumps and the sense of vividness/'realness' marks this out from your usual dreams. So - leaving aside the content for the moment - you are not used to such a strong sense of awareness. You don't need to be told that this felt 'real'. Which makes this significant.

I don't know for sure what the content relates to. In this sense it will be very particular to you and your make up. But the rock I feel is key to it. You could choose to look at it from a psychological, symbolic or esoteric perspective. For my part, I think it was this rock that attracted negative or 'dark' forces. I also feel this rock - however you come to interpret it - was actually a gift of some sort; a gift that is yours and that you are entitled to. So not a bad thing in or of itself. Perhaps others would be better placed to interpret that from a psychological perspective.

My sense is you have acquired something that others are interested in taking. If you are still worried about being spooked though, you can always tell anyone who comes to threaten you to **** off! Just do it secure in the knowledge of who you are and where your rightful place is. If they are genuine and helpful they may grant you further knowledge; if they are not (and unfortunately it seems not in your case), you are more than entitled to send them packing, if you feel up to it.
