Default Recurring Burning Hand

Hi,

I would love to know what this dream means

I sometimes will have this recurring dream about a blackish brown dot in my left palm that will burn my whole hand. My hand will constantly burn throughout my dreams.

In this dream: im in my grandmother's kitchen, my mom is cooking food. I proceed to show my mom the burning dot and she begins to be motherly but doesnt really know what to do. I put some ice shaving on the dot, but the dot just immediately melts them and secretes a little bit of red liquid into the melted water. I wake up

The first part of my dream im in the middle east, in a bizarre i think. I see a middle eastern playing a weird instrument. I ask the man if i could play the instrument and he allows me too. I begin playing it and it sounds bad, but not ridiculously bad, because the sound of the instrument is so beautiful. (It sounds like a violin, of sorts. But the instrument looked like a big jug with ridges in it. Rubbing a thick short wooden stick against the ridges produced a great string like sound.) As i played, i seemed to attract the attention of some angered middle easterns. It seems that they want to bully me rather than being angered from the noise. As they come toward me (they are a bit far) i notice my best friend is next to me (he's pakistani) and i learn that these men are his uncles. He moves toward them as i stand there.

The weird thing about these dreams with the burning dot, is that when i wake up my hand will still be slightly burning, as if it's not really a dream and is something that happens while i dream. My hand upon waking up will be really warm, and a bit red. As I become fully awake the burning goes away.

If you need some background info my current life, which has become really hectic, please inquire.

Thanks
James

Background would be very helpful.
From what you have given so far it would indicate that you are somewhat of a martyr of victim. Let me explain a bit. Perhaps you have been blamed for something. From the small amount of information that was given, it is not clear if you are actually guilty, and the blame is being placed upon you rightfully, OR, if you are not guilty. This uneasy feeling and pain goes all of the way back to your childhood when something similar happened ...about the time pictured in your dream, however this blame or similar blame, still negatively affects you to this day. Dreams often show the first significant encounter in life with specific feelings or emotions from situations long ago, when something or someone stimulates that same emotion in present time. This is done as sort of a throwback or bookmark as if to say...remember when you were falsely accused long ago...well you are being falsely accused once again and you feel the same way you did when you first encountered this in earlier life.
I have found through many dreams and through research that the subconscious mind has incredible powers. One of those powers is that it can create the sensation of pain beyond what can be imagined. It is rare but I have also seen physical marks on the skin of dreamers that mark the place that the subconsciously imposed pain was inflicted. In studies real pain has been measured as people dream about it. The mind is so very powerful!
One more note...The times that I have dealt with dreamers who deal with subconsciously inflicted pain it has been associated with guilt having to do with actions that were against their basic moral code, actions that they were warned by the subconscious mind not to participate in and they participated in them anyway. The pain was administered as a deterrent originally and then was increased if the dreamer in real life chose to continue self destructive ways.
I am not saying that you are being punished for something that you have done wrong...I simply do not know. But I am saying that the indication is that you have at least been blamed for something (and the pain of that blame lives with you today and surfaces in situations as the recollection of the misplaced pain OR in situations today in which you are falsely blamed. This seems to be the indication.
In this case, there are many differences from the situations I experienced so rather than being guilty I do believe that you are a martyr (better said...a victim) because of being falsely blamed.
This is your dream and you will know if I am on track or not.
I would be interested in hearing your view.

What could have incubated such a dream? Being blamed falsely or even being in the proximity of a situation where someone will be blamed for...and your pain emanates from a time in life when blame was placed upon you.
I would venture that this is a serious situation regarding a tradition or belief that someone thinks that you have breached.

Your thoughts??

Hi,
Your palm hurting means you will be hindered from a travel.
Playing music means a sorrow.I think it can be related to the recent earthquake in pakistan.

I'm wondering if there is something significant about your left and what it represents to you. In either case I believe it represents a trying time in your life right now which is revealing weakness (or lack of strength). The fact that is was the kitchen may mean this is a heart matter and needs to be paid attention to. This I believe is tied to the part about playing the instrument, even though u didn't know how but beautiful sounds were coming out. Speaking from a biblical viewpoint, there is a verse in the bible that says "My strength is perfected through your weakness"; meaning as you depend on your Creator in Heaven God through this trying time, He will give you strength and ability as you never imagined that you will clearly see was His doing and not human effort. The fact that your mother wasn't able to help means this is an issue that God and only God wants to work out in you so don't expect help from those close to you.....rather look to Him . I hope this helps you out some my friend and always know what the enemy meant for his plans, God will turn it around for His glory.

Hi James,
Your dream indicates that you get some pain or itching in your hand while you sleep. My guess is that you might have a repetitive strain injury in your hand, or have dermatitis caused by something you handle during the day.
In these types of dreams where there is some pain or tenderness felt after waking you can be certain that the dream was caused by the pain or discomfort. Very often the dream tries to divert you from the pain with a storyline, however when the pain gets too much, the dream wakes you up.
See your doctor about your hand.
Cheers Wolfjk
