3 people being murder

I need someone to help me understand this dream its freaking me out, it was like a scene out of a movie i just couldn't understand where i was that i could see these people being killed, it was weird because I remember the shooters face it was like a hit on someone or a vengence, it happened like in a restaurant setting or some kind of bar scene and it was like at the dusk of the afternoon, these theree people were sitting together at a table and i saw the shooter coming around to the door, saw him through the big front window of this business, the scene kind of resembled a western movie, anyways he came in and just shot these guys point blank twice, like in the chest all three, and then left, and know one even heard it because no one ever came into the place for anything, then it was like the begining of the morning he came back to make sure they were dead and he for some reason knew that one of them was not dead and just shot him in his heart, and walked off, just like that, and whats freaking me out is that through all of this I don't know where i'm standing when all this is going on, but in my dream I know i'm a witness, but know one even knows that this has happened, and I don't know what to do, if feel like i just freeze their waiting for him to come back and kill me too since I saw him do it, someone please give me some answers.

He has virtually said that he will resign in the spring and there was much speculation about this and about how he should go about resigning. Maybe the dream captures a similar theme in your own life eg "I am thinking of leaving my job. But if I tell my boss it may cause trouble for me. I might just leave it as long as possible".

Therefor its possible to list many different symbolic meanings. Any one of these could be correct. The first association that comes to mind is not always the correct one. Its a matter of trying out different theories and then seeing if they fit the situation or feelings within your life. If one seems to work then try working in the other dream symbols.
