The dream takes place in a upscale neighborhood near my childhood home. I have since move from that state (just for clarity). I was starting to walk home. I crossed a meadow that actually exists into the woods. The only thing I have on is my yellow night gown. I know the development. I use to walk through it alot growning up. The entrance of the path I would normally take home was full of litter. I decide not to take that route (which was to my right). I looked to my left and contemplated which way to go. It was so sunny outside abnormally sunny. I turned in the opposite direction away from the littered path and I looked ahead of me to discover that I was standing at the beginning of a three way folk in the road. I know this neighborhood and know for a fact that this landmark does not exist in it. I immediately look for a street sign to determine exactly where I'm at. The road in the middle was called CROWN ST. I took it without considering the other two options. I walked along the street and came across something familiar but really out of place. A truck driver I knew but met in another state. We were happy to see each other, we hugged and he invited me into his home, a small one room mobile trailer parked on the side of the very street I was walking up. Mind you this development is a 500,000+ neighborhod.We didn't talk about anything specific. It started raining and I begged him for the woman's raincoat he had in his possession. He was reluctant and nervous about the owner coming home. I get the impression that it belonged to his other half. He gave in and I left with the clear trench rain coat and a pair of sea green satinlike pants. I noticed my son is with me for the first time because I reach for his hand. He doesn't have a rain cost but is fully dressed. The next thing I know we our at a former co worker's house. One who I really didn't like.I don't think she knew we where there. My son napped while I watched the actual residents wash their cars. I woke my son up to leave and somehow we end up in front of a commerical car wash. This seem like an emphasis. The only negative feelings I felt throughout the entire dream was anxiety and shock. Anxiety-getting my friend in trouble with his other half and the shock of ending up in a unknown spot in place I've been so many times I lost count.????????????????????? Carwash?

I will try to explain as I go a bit of why I have chosen to look at your dream the way that I have. Keep in mind that this "line at a time" method sometimes is trite, but if you have written down your dream the way that it unfolded to you, this method often reveals points that your subconscious mind stresses above others.

I will step out on a limb here and suggest perhaps there is an association with what I have just said coupled with the fact that anyone that has (upscale "stuff") is possibly considered to be negative in some way to you? Now, one may think this is a negative dream but it is a wonderful awareness. I am here to tell you first hand, that forgiveness (even if it is on your own terms meaning forgiveness for the sake of forgiveness) is essential. The fact that you have been shown many things, many important messages in your dreams (since you have been with your friend countless times as you indicate).

Now what can you do about this dream? A little exercise to try.
Just before sleeping (if I am on track here) acknowledge that you are paying attention to your to subconscious mind's messages. In your own words say these things out loud (under your breath is fine as long as you can physically hear yourself say them)... Review in your mind how you feel (regarding feelings toward your coworker and associated feelings to others that may apply in the same way).
