I am in a house, I have been there before but, only in prior dreams. I am packing items or salvaging antiques & vintage photography from this apparently abandoned home / commercial property, although it isn't necesarily mine I am taking the responsibility (I believe I lived in this home in a prior dream).

During this process other people enter (2or3). There faces aren't clear to me (at least not while awake) although somehow we are familiar with one another. We begin discussing the contents & there need to be preserved when I excuse myself for a walk. While I am walking it is serene and becomes a natural setting, somewhat wooded, a cabin is in the near distance set upon a picturesque scene of rolling hills with smoke coming from the chimney.

Its nearly dark and I am about to return when a german-sheppard type dog/dark wolf appears not necessarily menacing but, apparently a threat I raise my right hand almost as if pointing and attempt to repell it with magic. Some small sparks emit in a stream (blue & white almost like a fireworks shower) and although affectual I am dissapointed because the magic wasn't at full force & the stream of sparks was weak.

When I return to the home where I was earlier collecting items, I am greeted by the same people (still not clear who - 1male, 1 female?).. the place feels much more homey, the surroundings vintage & there is a fire in a large fireplace. We sit around a butcher block table and discuss the occurence with the dog and my inability to cast powerful magic. We consult a large book as it was possibly due to the pronunciation of the word I uttered or it was the wrong word. (aleshi??)

I am in a house, I have been there before but, only in prior dreams.Our dreams are scripted, cast and directed expressly for the dreamer, therefore we, who try to intrepret someone else's dream are at somewhat of a disadvantage. This disadvantage in reading your dream is, that there is no positive indication that specifically assigns emotions to people another words I a not able to tell for certain if the issue lies with you or if it relates to someone close to you. This is not your fault. I will address this dream from two angles. One that shows that this dream is a self comment (depicting feelings and emotions that you need/ to work out OR if the dream represents feelings and emotions that were initiated by someone close to you you had to work out. There are so many more details that would allow me to pinpoint the direction this is going. One technique is amplification, whereby I make statements and you (without really thinking comment on what is said) This technique is not practical in this foremat. If it were you would be able to tap in to the genuine raw feelings as you clarified each aspect of your dream and it would allow you to definitively know what the message is even if I am slightly off course. . You are being shown that something from your past has caused high emotion to be raised within, and at this time you were able to magically stave it off (symbolic for putting your emotions on the back burner). You are being shown that some " old baggage" has once again come up and you have managed to repack it away for future resolution. Your dream shows you the process of the mind that are at work within you, the processes that allow you to temporarily cope with something from your past that is very bothersome.The german sheppard is the aspect within you that symbolizes your internal control mechanism that allows you to be able to weather the storm that haunts you. It does look as if the situation that you are controlling evokes anger. It look as if it is something that needs to be looked into (examined in detail, at some point in the future).
