Symbolic and Curious Dreams

The following are dreams took place when I was sleeping for about an hour.

1) A man is trying to sell me binoculars, so I look through the lens in order to test them. Through the binoculars and see a herd of goats being lead by a shepherd. I walk closer, and the goats come running to me. The shepherd and I laugh. All of a sudden, he asks me if I would be willing to slaughter the goats for him. Surprised I answered "I don't know, I'd rather not." As I was saying this the goats transformed into children. The shepherd still expected me to slaughter the goats, so I ran to my car and drove away as fast as I could.

2) I am inside the middle of a video game. I put on what look like normal roller blades, but when I put them on, I realize they are motorized and that they have a gas peddle directly over the sole on one of the roller blades. my objective was (once I got used to the roller blades) was to maneuver my way through someone's house without touching anything but the floor and walls. I gradually ran out of gas, but I continued. I failed when I brushed a lady who was riding her bicycle near the garage.

any ideas what all this means?

Dreams are Metaphoric and so the sacrificing of the goats is not to be taken literally in the dream. Dream 1) This dream is showing you up close a call, invitation to sacrifice, ( surrender, yield over the control of ) spiritually immature children that you have some influence over to the creator and that as you decide to do this the creator will bring about transformation in their lives. This is a decision that requires trust and involves your vocation and reveals your fear of surrendering.

yes, what you say is true. I worked at a camp during the summer and I was in charge of about 10 kids every two weeks. when you say creator, do you mean God?
