Dogs and friends

Hi, i had a dream in which i was with a couple of my friends in my ex building's lobby.
At least it startet as a lobby and it became sort of a monastery with lots of nuns.So there i was in that monastery with the nuns and friends and all of the sudden dogs invade it and everything gets ruined, the nuns immediately leave the place and me and my friends hide for a while.
Soon after that, when i felt it was safe to get out, i got outside and i remember my friends telling me that i was acting weird because i was too anxious to get out.But i got out anyway, and they followed me and we were still arguing about me acting the way they said.
They were almost insinuating that i was to blame for everything.At one point we come across 5 or 6 dogs, big ones, medium ones, black, white, brown, with spots and although i was afraid of them and i knew that if i'd go pass them they would get mad i still decided to walk right next to them.
And they started chasing us, so we ran and ran and ran, whenever i was looking back, a dog was always there running after me.At one point i see some people in front of me and i ask a man with glasses to help me with the dogs, so he opens his car's door(A white car) and i get in the front seat, and in the back, one of my friends gets in and the guy with the glasses.The man's wife, or girlfriend was driving and even though we were in a car the dogs still chased after us and i was still scared that they would get us.
When i woke up i was tired, because i felt like i ran for 50 miles.

Dunno if this is of any importance or not, one of my oldest and best friends has the exact same white car from my dream, and he wears glasses too, and he has quite a weird relationship with an older woman (the woman driving in my dream gave me the impression of being older and not so happy she was helping me).Now, i don't really know if his relationship is to blame for things getting colder between us, but about a month ago we had a fight and his girlfriend was kind of a part of the fight, and we haven't spoken since then.

Yes most deams do link to real life issues. The connections are often difficult to interpret. This dream makes sense in light of what you have said.
