On The Road Again

I HAD A DREAM AND ACTUALLY A REACURING DREAM OF ME ON A ROAD DRIVING AND THE ROAD IS A WINDIN G TRACK WHERE I LOOSE CONTROL AND FALL OFF AND AS WE ARE FALLING ( THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE CAR WITH ME ) i say "oh nooooo and im thinking ok when i hit the water and when i do i have to go out the window...its very scary and so scary that i always wake up when i hit the water ...is this dream just trying to wake me up ??? PLEASE HELP

Yes, however you can find the reason you have to be woken up for if you take a good stock of how you feel mentally and physically after you wake up from one of these dreams.
Tension at work, or at home could also cause the dream. I sense that you're also apprehensive about your driving skills!
