Dreaming of Dead Friend

Hi I recently had a dream about my old next door neighbor Joe, he died of lung cancer over 10 years ago.
In my dream I was back at my old house where I used to live, Joyce and Joe where my next door neighbors and I already knew in the dream that Joe was dead and had been a while. In my dream I opened my back door and saw Joyce sat in a chair at the back door. I apologized for not having been round in a while and she told me to go over. As I approached her at the back door I saw Joe coming into her kitchen with a tray. I said to Joe I thought you were dead, and Joyce said no I found him in hospital he had lost his memory and had to have some operations, but he is fine now.
The weirdest thing was I could tell it was Joe but he looked so much younger and looked so healthy, but Joyce looked very old.

The dream spooked me; I was wondering if anybody else as encountered similar and what its meaning is please. This is not the first time I have dreamed of dead people. And like this dream I knew the person was dead

HI JAMBY41, yes I have dreamed of persons that have past. I see them alive in my dreams and I know that they past I'm like whats going on? When I wake up I see what ther symbols is seen in the dream for a proper interp. I can pray for there family it could be warning, or it could be I had some unfineshed buisness with them and or never got to tell them I loved them or good bye, or with living persons of my past I could experience something about them like what type of job they did I experience something in the near future about some kind of aspect of them. I think this a warning dream because Joe is presenting a tray, kind of like I'm presenting something to you, information maybe about a medical problem in the future. Dreaming of a deceased person alive is a usual dream symbol that has two meanings :
1- a forgotten or lets say a dead job of you will be ok or revived .2- His situation in the after life spirituals is good because of some deeds he had had.
Based on the hole books people in the after life will be in their 35 or 40ieth.
