Burning House

In my dream, I'm sitting in my kitchen with a few acquaintances and friends staring out my kitchen window as we all drink tea. Outside it's becoming dark, and the sun is slowly setting. Suddenly, I get a strange feeling and declare to everyone in the room that I feel a horrible storm is about to take place. I look up after I say that, and from my kitchen window, I see that my neighbor's house has suddenly erupted into flames. I rush to the living room to find the phone, but have trouble as I seem to be stumbling and very confused since the room is very dimly lit. Finally, I manage to reach it and attempt to dial 911, but for the life of me I can't remember those three crucial numbers in that sequence. I try every combination I can think of, 191, 119, even 611 but every time I make a call, it's to my dad's house. He keeps answering the phone and I become more flustered every time because I have to keep yelling at him to hangup since my neighbors are in grave danger and I need to call the fire station. I forget what happens next that leads me to the kitchen where all my friends are gathered around the window watching the family members of the house on fire attempt to flee, but my friend states that by the looks of it, the house is going to explode any minute, and sure enough, it does. I watch the infrastructure collapse and see an elderly woman fall and die (but in a very cartoony manor, as if she were a doll or something). Somehow, she's resurrected though and her grandson and the rest of the family manage to escape unscathed and drive off.

To me, the dream signified that the house was a representation of my home life and as of late, it's been up in flames.
The darkness in the living room reaching the phone could allude to the dark relationship I have with my father and how difficult it is to "find" communication with him and the fact that every time I dialed the phone led to him answering could signify that I need to reach out and contact him.
I have no idea what the rest means, though.

A house burning means 1- a fight a family fight or 2- the government will seize their money orproperties,
A storm means fears.
The women who fell means she won't achieve her wish but if she died means her problem will be solved.

No. 100 means a victory.

No. 90 means a rich woman.

No. 600 means will achieve a wish.
No. 11 means his job will take a long time to achieve.that you hadn't.
