crazy nightmares

recently i have been having these dreams that completley horrify me, cause i cant even believe i could have those thoughts.
the first one was i was with my boyfriend in my dream and i snuk out to go to school, and i was with some friends and we came upon this house on the way, this girl and her boyfriend comes out of the house and i knew her she used to hit on my boyfriend and i absolutely hated her, well any way they come out with a gun and start shooting at all of us and i run up and take the gun and star shooting them and i killed them and threw her body on his and ran, and keep running from the cops, i was so horrified then i woke myself up...
the second one was that i was gettin down with this guy who was not my man, and in the middle i got up and left and went home, later on i went out to my car and he was robbing a car that looked just like mine and i saw him and asked him what he was doing and he yelled at me and told me how could i do that and to get the f*** out of here so i got in my car and sped off and he followed me and wrecked into me and pulled a gun out and before he could shoot me i woke up...

can someone please help me i keep having dreams like this and now i only sleep three hours a night...
