Lips Falling off

My dreams aren't usually that long lasting or specific or even coloured.
This one I didn't even have my eyes open.
I was open-mouth kissing a girl (identity non-specific) and all of a sudden my lips feel really dry and sticky and I feel something like one half of my lip being numb and then I realize that her lips broke at the middle and fell in my mouth.

I've had tons of teeth falling off dreams but this is the first lip falling off dream.
What could it mean?
