Feels like it actually happened

Last night, or more of early this morning I had a dream about being pregnant with twins. I was at a hospital, which I believe I have been at before, and still wearing my regular clothes for a bit. I was walking the halls with my fiance having contractions, I believe we were trying to get me dialated. I was arguing with my fiance of the baby names the girl's was already chosen and had to decide on the boy's name. We called family and close friends for help on the name ( eventually naming him after my brother). My mom even came to the hospital to hold my hand. I woke up as I was getting an epidural holding mom's hand. I felt the contraction pains vividly and woke up to a sharp pain in my back right where the epidural was in the dream, despite being on my back.

now I have never been pregnant before but plan to in the furture. What does this mean? my fiance has a history of pre-cog dreams and I seem to get them around him. Could this be a forwarning?

Pregnancy means some good money on the way as much as the belly was big.
Pains means money.
A girl means a happiness by the money, a baby boy means a sorrow by another money.
