recurring dreams about being in love with my best friend

I keep having dreams involving me falling in love with my best friend (who is a guy and I'm a girl). For two weeks straight now, almost every night, he is in every dream, each time playing a slightly different role, but in all of them, I'm suddenly desiring to be romantically attached to him in some way. In one dream, I was in the park after dark and he gave me a huge bouquet of flowers and then was punched in the stomach by another girl because of a pool of water being at the end of a slide?!? In another dream, I got sick while I was out at a prayer meeting or something and he carried me home, laid me down on my bed, and kissed my forehead. In yet another dream we were house shopping together and I just leaned over and kissed him. And then there was another dream where I was left on the side of the road by my friends in the pouring rain and he came to get me and got out of the car to open the car door and instead of getting in he leaned me over the hood of the car and kissed me.

And now every time I see my best friend, this guy, who I've been dreaming about, I have the undesirable urge to lean over and kiss him, or to be held in his arms, or to fall asleep in each other's arms. In all honesty, this guy isn't what most girls would call physically attractive, but he's got the character and the personality. He really does understand me and "gets me" if you know what I mean.

What does this mean? I keep having these dreams and I don't know why. I wonder if in reality, I am falling for my best friend which in a way excites and scares me. These feelings initially did not spill over into waking life and now I sense them every time I'm with him.

hiii........i keep havin the same dream like u......i've been dreaming about my best frend (who is a guy) so much lately...its driving me crazy..i dont usually dream about a person more than once... but this guy, i dream abt him like 1s evry week...n last night, i dreamed i was goin out wid my best frnd and that he kissed me on the forehead...... i wanna knw at happend between u and ur best frnd??? this dreams really got me thinkin too, whether i got feelings for him in reality?? and wtf these mean?!!

I believe, that and through my own experiences with love.... we seem to
attract to us relationships, situations and places that are needed for our
own soul growth on this planet. whether we believe in it or not. just like
angel's they are always there and everyone has them (good and bad)..

so what I am trying to say here, is initially karma (good AND bad) effects us
past, present and future. there are lessons we need to learn in order to grow. once we grow there is room for branching out further into our hopes, dreams and goals... no matter how silly they seem. It's that fire ignited deep inside our hearts that keep us moving forward (not backwards!) into the reality that we make everyday with every action, word and thought.
now that you think about it, its kinda scary that we create our own world through these very things.. but its also very encouraging meaning we have the power to create our own world! so we are not as weak as we think now?

and, now as far as your best friend goes... me thinks, your subconsious mind is trying to tell you in your dream state (which loves to talk to you when you are submissive and receptive!) my lady that you actually may need to learn something from him. It is horrible that society puts a standard on how men and women should look. but, we are not barbie's and ken's ...we are unique individuals whom were born on this earthly realm, in order to go past these humanly, ego-driven jibberish rules that are being dictated from a very ancient secret society that goes back thousands of years! my advice to you : LISTEN TO YOUR HEART! , even if it means losing dear friends because once we are TRUE to OURSELVES , OPEN and HONEST then, only then..no matter how painful it seems.. do we know who our TRUE FRIENDS ARE! ask yourself, current 'cool things' among modern teens and young adults.. are they really important?
or is it because you are following what society wants you to act? than without knowing you are pleasing the evil forces running the governments of the world. It is never easy to break out of a mold that you have set yourself into for a while, sure its hard to change habits but once you've learned to change them.. your a FREE CHILD! Free to run your life how you see fit! It may take a while but, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE as long as you believe in yourself and especially LOVE yourself...(not in a ego-driven way), but PURE and ALL LOVING.....

perhaps these best friends are more than just best friends.. perhaps...
they are souls that have traveled with us ...been loyal to us... always been there with us... through and through the ages.. through our past lives..
perhaps they are pure love...even a twin flame? If we just stop and look closely.. listen and carefully observe the people around us.. do we really start to understand..who our friends really are.

a hint: remember I talked about attracting things to us we need to learn?
we'll I'll leave it up to you of course but, don't take for granted the answers that are closer to us than we may think.. sometimes its hard to see them.
but, open your heart....than connect your mind to it.. and open your eyes, what do you see?

This is the stuff romantic comedies are made of! What could be better than having a guy you're dating also be your best friend? Or marrying, as the friendship will likely last a good deal longer than the honeymoon year, while lust probably will not. Something to think about!

Of course, it's all contingent on whether the feelings are shared by him! Do you think they are? It takes two to tango...

Well, I'm done, out of here until Monday, I think, as I need a Sunday off to rest typing little fingers...
