My boyfriend recently has had a reocuring dream. In this dream he is riding in a car with a bunch of guys that he doesn't know. Suddenly one guy grabs his testicle and starts to squeeze very hard. He said he was screaming in pain, and had to start punching the guy in his face to get him to let go. He woke up and kinda felt the pain there. Do you have any idea what this could mean?? Thank you!!

Feeling pain in a dream usually means there is actual pain there as well. The subconscious creates a storyline to explain away the pain.
If your boyfriend has a reoccurring dream about testicular pain, He shoul have them examined by a doctor.
However the pain could be caused by erections without ejaculations. In short, getting aoused without getting satisfaction.
