Birthday Party and Lawn Mowing?

Last night I dreamt that an old friend (who i really miss) told me she was organising a 16th birthday party for me at her place. This made me feel very happy. (I'm in my 30's) After that, I dreamt that I went around to an old workmates house to mow her lawn, my "old friend" lived next door and I felt compelled to mow her lawn also, I stopped for some reason, went around the back of my old workmates house and found a car I used to own, I remember thinking what a great car it was. (this car has popped up in dreams before) I looked over at my old friends house and a group of people came out which apparently was her brother and a few friends. (I don't recognise these people)

A bit complex I know, any ideas?

Eating sweet grass means a pious and chaste person.

If one dreamt he was a green grocer means he is useful for people.

A car means a work you had or a car means kind of guidance of the life.

Well dreams can often be nostalgic. But they can also link to the present day. I tend to interpret people we do not recognize as symbolizing situations which we feel are not happening. So having an old friend there may suggest that you do not feel as if the kind of relationships,cars and whatever you used to have are opresently in your life. That those times have sadly gone.

Its noticable that this dream features work. Maybe you wish for a more friendly atmosphere at work.

But often people appear from the past to symbolize the type of relationship you had with them. That this type of fun you used to have is not there right now. That the people you have in your life do not connect in the same way as they do now.
