Hi All
Trying to figure out if there is any meaning to the following dream I had. I captured and was holding 2 Alligators (one in each hand). I could see their teeth and I had total control over them. There was a few other people in my dream (not sure who but I seemed to know them or of them) and they seemed amazed that I had 2 Alligators and under my control. I also remember placing these Alligators on the floor and then warning people to be mindfull / look out for them. The very last part I remember is Holing these Alligators once again (by their tails) and then seeing them pooping ( maybe they were scared of me). So I did the usual search for Alligators online but nothing that comes close to this dream. Any ideas? Thanks bOwden |

Your dream indicates that you have managed to keep under control a very troublesome situation...likely involving two individuals. There is no indication if this is having to do with work or personal life. Keep in mind that this could just as equally apply to you...keeping your temper or keeping your cool after something has affected you to the core.
As well the dream intimates that you have not only controlled the person or situaton but you have brought it under control (back to the ground level). The angry or intense person or situation that is being depicted in the symbolism of this dream, has the propensity to be unpredictable and therefore you are warning others. As I mentinoed this may be about you or someone in your midst. If I am off base (and I do not know how I could be in this case) your dream indicates a situation that is undercontrol for now but one that remains unstable. Alligators represent either anger, anxiety, tension, and even the unpredictable sexual drive (often reptiles represent this ancient drive that is alive within us and it is unpredictable). It resides in the ancient most part of brain and does not take much, if any, thought to turn on the sexual rage (so to speak) of hormones running rampant. Your thoughts?? sailrmc |

Hi,
Alligators are silly attacker people. you will control them by their relatives ( tails) and will receive some money from them. it maytake around two months to happen.

Hi
Do you normally hold your temper very well? Maybe the two allugators represent a need to let go of anger and get people moving? Is there some situation where people need a bit of loud verbal encouragement (lol). ------------------------ Always remember that deep inside a dream is hidden conceptual feelings and ideas. A dream does not capture the surface details of something. It is not an information gatherer. It is not an essay about facts. So if you had a dream about the D Day landings in world war two it would not be a list of facts surrounding the beaches that took place and the course of events. The dream instead makes some point about the facts. Its an idea that underlies the dream. So try to then understand the dream by sensing what those new ideas are within your mind. So if you realise that the previous day you were thinking about the economic system in which you live and the pressures placed upon you then you know know what the dream could mean. Your dream could represent the thoughts within your midn concerning this. So then try to test out this theory. See if the symbols seem consistent with the dream. Could the dream link to this new conceptual idea as it forms in your mind? I just wanted to thank each of your for the responses. I am looking into it a bit more to try to see if something happened days before that might be the trigger for the gator dream. But either way it was a rather cool dream and great analysis of it by each of you.
Thanks bOwden |
