I died in rollercoaster accident, was resuscitated by EMT worker

I was riding a rollercoaster with my friends and somehow got thrown off it. This part of the dream, I could see from my own perspective.

Next, I could see myself from a distance, like I was standing 10 ft away. I watched my body fall to the ground and an EMT worker felt my neck for my pulse. He told the others, "nothing" and then I recognized my facial features and realized the body was me. They did CPR on me for a long time and were shocking me with the paddles. Everyone had just about given up, when the EMT worker said he wanted to try just one more time. And the last time he shocked my heart, it started beating again and I opened my eyes. The crowd of people surrounding me were cheering.

Then, I woke up from the dream.
