Epilepsy

I had a dream last night that i was in bed, and i woke up surrounded by my neighbors telling me i'd had a seizure in bed,
I remember feeling very confused and unable to speak in the dream.

Also, at some part of it, i was looking down on myself from above like another person.

Any ideas?
