Pregnancy && Strawberries growing out of my face??

Do any of you know what Pregnancy in a dream means? Since Jan of 07 i've had a lot of dreams that i was pregnant some my belly was bigger than others but one i actually gave birth to a child i dont know what to sex of the baby was or anything.

But earlier i was taking a nap and i had a dream the i was pregnant i wasnt very far along though cause my belly wasnt that big.I was like obsessed with my belly like constantly looking at it and touching it i remember telling some friends of mine that my belly stuck out farther than my boobs.lol One part of the dream i was at this like mall place and in a case was mini bottles of alcohol i remember looking at them then running to the bathroom because i was going to throw up. Well after i threw up i walked over to the sink && mirriors and i had Strawberries growing outta the side of my cheek i looked in the mirror real close and there was a whole strawberry and around it was like mushy strawberries.I pulled the whole one off my face and thew it in the trash. Then i woke up.

I'm guessing that you're female, in which case this dream sounds like it concerns you realizing and coming to terms with your physical and sexual identity as a woman. The pregnancy thing seems a pretty obvious sign of female sexual fertility, and the strawberries are a classic Freudian symbol of the same. The strangeness of those symbols and your shock and bewilderment at them expresses that you still feel a little confused and unused to such physically obvious femininity and "ripeness". I'm not sure about the alcohol bottles, though - depending on your age and feelings about alcohol or other sorts of restricted substances, it could just be another symbol of coming-of-age.
