Just an odd dream

I had a two part dream that was just odd. I usually don't pay that much attention to my dream but I had to give this one some thought and get some answers...so if anyone out there can help me with this, I would really appreciate it.

The first part of the dream was about my ex-boyfriend. He has a habit of "coming back" to me at the oddest times [in real life]. The dream starts off by him coming to see me as he wants to get back together. I reluctantly agree and wonder if I had made the right decision as I feel that he forced me to get back with him (I am usually very "strong minded" and in real life, this really didn't happen...or so I think). He tells me that he was in a relationship with someone and I get upset....change of scene. I am on a cooking show competing with his now ex-girlfriend who is a chef (this is like back in time because currently they are no longer together). I win the cook off (we are preparing a fish dish...not sure what kind of fish - white, may also be lobster or crab). Mark McEwan is the judge (he is one of the most famous Canadian chefs). The fact that I win and that I compete makes sense to me but why the cook-off? Change of scene again, after my ex leaves my house (which really is not my house - no idea where I am actually), I decide I made the wrong decision. When he returns, I break things of with him and he gets violent (which he NEVER did in real life) and I decide I made the right choice. We were also supposed to go to some ball together and I told him that I obviously would not be going with him.

Change of scene - dream 2 (same night). I am at my cottage which is falling apart. My parents decide to sell it. They have a lot of people over who are working on the cottage trying to fix it. They step out and I hook up with a married coworker (yes I do have a thing for him in real life but nothing happened). We have sex (and this is the really ODD, creepy part) and afterwards, he ....urinates on my purse. I am disgusted and leave. My parents almost walk in on him and I and I have to cover the fact that he left university pictures of himself which he brought to show me...he graduated about 15 years ago. Any thoughts because I am "scared and confused".
