Shot by brother

I have a reoccurring dream that I get shot with a gun from my brother point blank in the neck. Instead of dying or passing out, I fall to the ground and I'm lying there without any pain. I get rushed to the hospital but once I'm there I'm alright. For some reason I pretend to pass out and the doctors take me away to fix me. Later, my family comes in and my brother that shot me feels bad and offers to help pay the $7000/day hospital bill. Then I wake up

I called my brother and told him about the dream and he told me not to take it too literally. Then he apoligized. He laughed and said he didnt know if he should apoligize for somethign that he didnt actually do but he did anyway.
