Pretty Disturbing Dream

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on a really strange dream I had last week.

I was going about my dream business and then out of nowhere I cut my own arm off. Basically cut through it like playdo, and then I panicked and tried to get it to go back on. I know I'm missing a few details here but the next thing I remember I looked in the mirror and I had a huge wound that went around the perimeter of my mouth on my face.

Anyone have any thoughts? Its been kinda tripping me out.
