Dreams about girlfriend, Please Help ?

i have been with her for 10 months, she was getting rid of her ex when i met her and i have dated her long distance for awhile.
now the dream i had were the first she was with me on my birthday and we went to an arcade and i wasn't in a good mood, i told her for her to just play the games and she said if u don't want to play i'll just come back later, she then brought me home and i called her later and asked her if she wanted to do something she said she had to help with work and didn't seem to care too much it was my birthday, the second it was her birthday and she told me after i brought her home that her ex called her and she saw him and this might be because once she went to the movies with him without telling me, what do these dreams mean ??
