My Mother betrayed/lied to me

I dreamed that I was at my Mom's house, in my sister's old bedroom. Though, it looks similar to what it is now, not when my sister lived there.

My husband and I are in there. We are trying to set a password (to what, I don't know). The password are a series of kisses on our faces and necks. We try different "passwords" on each other, and are having a nice time figuring one out.

My mother walks in, but tries to come in unnotticed. I had a white Christmas figurine on a shelf in the corner of the room. She takes it down, and replaces it with a red figurine. She leaves the room with mine, hidden from my view.

I pick up the red figurine, and see my sister's name on the bottom of it. I walk into my mom's bedroom, and ask why she took my figurine. She acts as if she doesn't know what I'm talking about, though, I can tell that she's lying.
I told her she took my figurine, and replaced it with my sister's.

She then says, "Oh, I thought the other one was __________'s (sister's name). I showed her the red figurine with my sister's name. I take the white one, and show her that my name was on the bottom of that one.

I had a feeling that she was trying to hide something, or cover up a secret.

I know I haven't been on for a while. I've been very busy this summer traveling and working on my new business/hobby.
I hope to talk to many of you again, soon!

Hi,
The line about the statue turning unto an unsuitable shape makes some sense, as the red statue wasn't as nice as my white one.

I'm still wondering why my mother tried to change the statue, and hide the fact that she did. She obviously wanted mine for my sister.

I also wondering about the "password" my husband and I were trying to make with the kisses.
