This dream is really freaking me out and I need someone to please help

I have a dream that reoccurs ALL THE TIME. It changes details in the dream for instance sometimes I live, sometimes I die, the people around me live or die etc. I have been having this dream for the last 3 or 4 years at least 4 times a month and it is driving me crazy.

Anyways it starts with me walking down a hill on the sidewalk. It is sunny and hot outside. To my right is a chain link fence with a barking dog behind it. Beside that is a chestnut coloured wooden fence. Then an ally and a car lot. For some reason I am being chased all of a sudden and I go through the ally and the car lot and then end up back on the sidewalk. I am no longer being chased. I cut across very green grass to a house. I walk up the stairs and knock on the door. It is a wooden door that is sometimes white and sometimes brown. I am greeted and I enter. When I get inside there is a kitchen table right in front of me with 3 people sitting around it. There is a person to the left of me. There is a basement door right behind the table, stairs to the left leading upstairs, and a kitchen to my left. The front door is now a steel door with no handles to go out. I start getting a sense of fear and ask what is going on? They say nothing. I ask again and sometimes they say they are going to kill me and other times they say they are going to eat me. I then hear footsteps coming upstairs and A disfigured man is standing in the dorrway. I run upstairs and then all of a sudden I am outside with my husband and two children. We are in very tall grass and it is blindingly light outside. We are all crouched down. Sometimes my son gets shot in the field other times he doesnt.We are running and being chased by one of the people, usually a tall thick man with a shot gun. We end up back in the house and have to run upstairs. My husband and daughter dont show up anymore in the dream. When I get upstairs I am frantic to find a place to hide. I open a door to a room. The room is usually very dark with a white window. In front of the window is a table with a baby on it that just stares at me. It never makes a noise. I go to the window to find it is nailed shut. I run into the hall and go to another room. Sometimes my son is in there, other times he isnt. It is a light room. The sun is coming through the window. This window is made of a material like drift wood. In the dream when my son is in it he gets shot in this room. When he isnt the window is not nailed shut. I get out of the window and start running up the street I was walking down in the first place. Then I slow to a walk. This is when I wake up in a panic.

I don't know what it means but it is really freaking me out.

If the dream reoccurs often, it must be caused by something! You describe a lot of colors and light in your dreams.When you see light and colors in dreams, the reason they are in it is to raise your level of consciousness. My guess is that you go to bed very tired and stressed. When you need to be roused, you need a lot of energy input to bring you to the waking state.
Perhaps you take some food supplement or take some medicine. It is also possible that you're allergic to some foods. Try to notice what you ate, drunk, or what medicine you taken before the dream occurs. I'm sure there is a simple explanation.

A hill means a man, coming down means seperating.
A house means someone, people to kill you mean people ready to help to do a favor to solve a problem, people to eat you mean people to speak behind the back of you.

Running away from a tall mean means to overocme an enemy.
SOmeone who has a gunshot means someone who has some power and dignity.
Running from a room to another and another means curing an illness or ending a sorrow,
Your son is a symbol for a sorrow or an illness.
Opening a door means achieing a wish, tall grass means a pure belief.
And other ups and downs of the life.
