Graphic Dream about a Friend

Hello. Last night, I dreamed a horrible dream about a friend of mine, the same one that I've been dreaming about for a year or more, for those of you who know me better.

I went to see her at college, but I've never been to that part of the state she was in before. Anyway, I found out somehow in the dream that she had been raped in some hospital and was far along in her pregnancy. I did not see the actual rape in the dream, though, thank goodness. My mom was also in the dream briefly, and, after I found out about what happened to my friend by myself, she told me about what happened like I didn't know about it already. I don't think she knew I already knew it.

I had the super-human ability to climb walls and buildings, etc., and I guess that's how I was able to go that far up north to see her. I was really upset in the dream, and I ran away and cried on top of a really tall building. Seeing her like that in the dream and thinking about it in reality scares the life out of me. I have been a little mad at her lately, but I would NEVER want anything like that to happen to her, and I'm beginning to get concerned.

If you can give any advice, please do. Thanks in advance!
