Hello,
I recently started dating this man that I have fell in love with on Mother's Day of this year.
Anyway I went to Paris TX with him about two weeks ago and he and I were asleep in the same bed at his mothers house and we woke up together saying "I had a nightmare". Well he told me his dream and it was about (He and I share a duplex together in Grand Prairie) him coming home and catching another man in my bedroom and I have a 15 year old son my son was on the floor smiling (like my mom is busted or you are getting ready to get put on the house). Anyway he said that the guy had some Natural Light beer in the refrigerator and I came home finally with my hair cut and my eye brows arched (which I don't do) with makeup on (which I do not wear)! Anyway he said that he asked me what was going on I proceeded to the bedroom with my new found love and he got in his truck and left.

My dream consisted of us being in our duplex but it wasn't my duplex and I had a female roommate. Now my boyfriend has been with alot of women and their not only women but have a light complexion or skin tone. Anyway he ended up sleeping with her and leaving me for her. I am insecure about light skinned women with me being dark tone. I am very self-conscious about my teeth and my legs. I have been in bad relationships and even my boyfriend but the only thing I can say about the dream is that we don't want to lose one another --what do you think? Please respond.

I think you both need to work on your trust issues together. It sounds like a serious relationship and you are both questioning each other's intentions. You should not feel self-conscious about your figure or your skin color...you are beautiful the way you are. So what if he had many lovers before you? It sounds like he is 100% committed to you and vice versa, so just have a heart-to-heart talk about remaining faithful to one another. Being in a monogamous relationship is fun!
