Default Would you call this a dream?

I was lying in bed with my eyes closed...I was either drifting off to sleep or awakening from sleep...either way, I was between sleep and wake.

Before me I could see a chalk board close up...it didn't feel like I was dreaming because I was aware that my eyes were closed...

Equations started appearing on the board as if some invisible entity were writing them...

I started writing the answers with my eyes...equations that would normally take me eons to figure out, I started writing with my eyes answers that I believed actually made sense! It was amazing to me.

I am not taking any numerical courses and I always hated maths at school and I failed it all the time.

Every time I completed the equation, another one would appear and I would continue to write the answers effortlessly....I found it exciting (which is very strage as I find maths so incredibly boring) and wanted to continue but then the numbers on the chalkboard started fading and my moment of intelligence was gone LOL

What would have caused this sudden short spasm of genius? LOL

Hi,
Math means an indirect saying for a sorrow because means for the calculations of the deeds in the resurrection day.
If there was written in chalk means a quarrel.

Hi passionSpirit,
This is interesting! In the past I had what I thoutht were sleepless nights with reveries like yours. I would swear I did not go to sleep, However when I looked at the clock on the bedside table, 6hours elapsed! So it is absolute certain that I was asleep when I thought I was awake.
In times of stress and worry the subconscious tries to distract you from your woes with some tricks. Ti has quite a few up its sleeves!
Cheers Wolfjk
