Cops and Aquariums(in same dream!)

In my dream, I'm driving down the highway when a cop car pulls up behind me and flashes its lights to get me to pull over. I'm confused because I wasn't speeding, and I don't pull over right away because I'm not comfortable doing so. Finally I pull over and a woman cop comes out, with a liitle girl that I assume is her daughter. She asks for license and registration. I find the registration easily, but I have to pull out all my cards before I find my license. I hand them over to her and next thing I know, I'm standing at an aquarium in a laboratory, looking down at a tank full of fish. This guy next to me tells me I haven't been feeding the fish, to which I reply that I didn't know it was my responsibility to feed them. He drops the fish food into the tank and it's a feeding frenzy; they're all going at it like crazy. Just then these guys run in carrying three things wrapped in wet towels, and I'm thinking they're dolphins. They unwrap the towels and I see three very large and very weird fish, they're not like anything I've seen before. I start walking towards the fish to get a closer look at them when I wake up.
