Another thing that's weird about this that I'm a girl, so does the dream mean something about my sexuality or preference? I'm not trying to creep anyone out, but I think it's an important question.

That is interesting as your dream does possess the hallmark of masculinity but only from your description. It is possible that you may be recognising bisexual traits in yourself which is coming through in dream which makes one wonder if the combustion has a figurative connection to having an organism but I am only guessing. It could also be connected to your disbelief, anger, or rejection, at harbouring such feelings. It is not easy to accurately determine this without knowing more about yourself but hopefully what has been said will provide direction at helping you to understand your dream.
