This is kind of embarrassing but its been in my head since I dreamed it...
I dreamed of removing my penis and balls.. Then holding it in my hands, and then putting it back in place...
But when it was back in place it was stitched back on....
It was sooo weird..

Also what does decapitating someones head mean...

Dream 1450 had a good point regarding ego. In this sense both dreams would share the same theme. In a way of speaking they both invite examination.
The penis-ectomy and re-fix would suggest that it is time to look at yourself, to examine the person you are from the perspective of being a person (non gender reflection) as opposed to looking at things from a male perspective. It is time to take a different approach to how you view "things" in life.

The decapitation dream does have overtones that point to success that you enjoy in life (either business or personal but mostly business) and how they relate to the thought process that one goes through to map out success.
Of course it does all depends on context of presentation; Example... Removing your genitals suggests that some situation has made your feel powerless, you can't act or take action necessary. Perhaps someone else has power over you. You still have your power, as shown yourself holding your genitals...and once your realize this everything is back in order in your life. Being decapitating means actions without thinking...or "taking their head" really telling them off.
