Removing your genitals suggests that some situation has made your feel powerless, you can't act or take action necessary. Perhaps someone else has power over you. You still have your power, as shown yourself holding your genitals...and once your realize this everything is back in order in your life. Being decapitating means actions without thinking...or "taking their head" really telling them off.

I have had both of these dreams. In my dream about the penis, I would accidentally pull it off and could put it back on. However, I was always afraid that I would not be able to put it back on again. I think the reason that I had this dream (on several occasions) was due to having a REALLY bad relationship that centered around sex. I have always told myself that I will not let this happen again. I think that my dream about removing my penis was a way in my dream for me to literally remove sex as an option so that I could not repeat my past mistake. Perhaps the need to put it back on was fear that if I waited too long, I would not be able to have sex with someone. Since stitches are so visible and unattractive, I would think that they had something to do with you either not liking something physical about your privates or the fear that other's may not like it. Of course, your dream had to do with your testicles too, which probably has to do with something more than just your sex organs. Perhaps your manhood in general? I'm just thinking out loud here.

The time I decapitated someone I think was nothing more than an act of revenge. This was someone who was horrible to me when I was younger.
