can someone tell me what this means

i had a dream i was on the beach and everything was in black and white, except me I was in color. Everyone in the water looked and dressed like it was the 1920's-1940's. I was in the water and all of a sudden I seen my grandmother, but she was very very young i'd say maybe 20's-30's. I went up to her and told her I was her granddaugther and i was her son's daughter. She hugged me and we just started to swim together like I did with her when I was a child. All of a sudden i saw her floating to shore so I followed and helped her out of the water. I dragged her out of the water onto the sand. When I looked at her on the sand she turned from black and white to color and her whole body and face started to change to what she looked like when she died when she was in her 70's. The she just whispered "your father needs to know" and then she died and I woke up. Can someone please tell me what this means??

Ocean or a sea means the government,in that region.Swimming in the sea means working for a big boss.
You hugged a deceased person alive means something impossible will be ok for you.
But at last she died again in the dream, means there is a danger for one of her children.

This is an interesting dream to me. The meeting and reunion with your grandmother acknowledges that you miss her. Swimming with her shows an emotional connection that you had shared with her. Black and white shows that everything that you are encountering in life at this time is pretty much a given...pretty understandable, but when she turns to color shows and grows old indicates that she is to be taken seriously (as far as symbolism is concerned) and in fact the messages that she has conveyed is the meaning of your dream. I cannot know, nor can anyone else fully understand what this bold message means.
I can guess that perhaps your grandmother and you shared very much together...think of something that your father does not know about, something that it would be wise to discuss with him. If you examine these areas you might know what to say to him. I will tell you that whatever this is about, you are already aware of, otherwise the symbolism would be different.
