sex with a co worker

let me start by saying that i'm in a relationship of 10 years and I'm very happy. I have had a couple different dreams about a co worker of mine (male) and the most recent one was the following:

I was at the local YMCA and when I left the gym I walked outside and hopped into a car in the parking lot (passenger side).
But I wasn't hopping into the seat...I actually hopped on top of my co worker who was sitting in the car and we ended up having sex right there in the parking lot in the car. My dreams are really vivid and I remember that the sex was really good, but really quick. After that it flipped over to us being in an apartment (not sure whose) and I was in the bathroom and he was in the kitchen with two roomates (girls) and I could over hear them talking about it.
couldn't tell if it was bad or good talking, but I knew they were talking about it.

Can anyone help me unravel this dream?

My response about the favour.......although it shows me as a junior member changed cities, changed web name blah blah.........I have been on this web site for many many years and varzandeh told me this years ago...I have slept with dozens of co workers in my dreams and can vouch....they all did me favours....and not sexual ones...! Its just how it works out there!!!
