Talking cat turns into dog

I was in upper part of city. There was road and cars which are not in reality. There were also supreme building palace of justice. There is also yard with lot of garbage around and lot of cats there. One big cat was talking. I was walking the dog and he run away from the chain. He was fighting that cat, but cat was stronger. I punched cat with some stick and it turned into good black puppy dog. Van with friends came to me and me and both dogs enter it.
