Reoccuring Dream

My fiancee keeps having this dream about riping off his skin and his insides being exposed. Sometimes he is in like a park, his work, around his friends, etc. Can anyone help us figure out what this means?

Hi,
There must be other parts to the dream. There is very little to go on without knowing your fiancees line of work.
Perhaps he is worried about an operation, or have some skin complaint?

This is very classic....AND OR he feels a need to look inside, in an attempt review the person that he has become.
