plz interpret..

I saw a white person who has diseases alover his body.someone made each disease in to a fruit.people sitting to see his power ,some people admired him for creating fruits from his diseases .most of the people collected fruits thats coming from his body.small part of the fruit is spoiled ,I saw that then decided not to take those fruits.
