my friend dreamed my boyfriend was her boyfriend

one of my friends that i grew up with and i still talk to her just about everyday,had a dream that my boyfriend was her boyfriend in her dream.she said it didnt look like him,but it was him in the dream.she said she was with her 2 cousins and that they were going to her boyfriend house (which is my boyfriend in real life).she also said she saw a roach crawling on the floor i believe.i dont know what this could mean.she was also friends with him about 8 years ago but she hasnt seen him or talk to him since.they were just friends,but who knows if he wanted more.he said once he doesnt remember much about her.anyhow can someone please help with this. i am very uncomfortable with this dream of hers.she also told me that she felt very uncomfortable when she woke up.She didnt like dreaming that.she has a boyfriend now as well,so i dont think it has to do with wanting a boyfriend..please help.thanks
