Strange dream, love and possible betrayal

I had a weird dream acouple of nights ago. It was a very quick dream (it only lasted a few minutes, it ended when I woke up when I normally would)

I'm a guy. In this dream is another guy and my best friend. We both know the guy too. (stated here as Ry)

The dream started with Ry's head on my shoulder and he was hitting on me. (We are both straight, as far as i know, in real life) In the dream I enjoyed it.

Then the dream somewhat 'jumped' and my friend an Ry were licking tounges (literally) then began to kiss. After all of that my friend asked me 'permission' (possibly as a friend) to do what had already been done.

The weird thing about this dream was not only that i enjoyed it but i could actually feel Ry's head on my shoulder and I felt almost in love. I am not sure whether this was a lucid dream or what. What could this all mean? thank you
