Same dream about a friend, driving me crazy!

So for the past few weeks i've been having this dream. it's kind of a long dream, and i'll try to make it the least confusing, but basically what happens is i'm on a school trip, and we're staying at this weird hotel thing. In the rooms, for some reason, they didnt seperate boys and girls. BUt i was sleeping in the same bed as my friend Kaitlyn, and in the bed next to us were two boys. One of those boys is a very close friend of mine, Jesse. The other boy--i have no clue who he is. haha. but he was jesse's friend in the dream. sometime late into the night, we began talking to Jesse...and then for some reason me and Kaitlyn get up and go somewhere. When we come back, Jesse is still there lying awake. I expected him to be asleep. I asked him why he wasnt asleep. I never remember his answer but then i ask if he's scared, and he says yes. and what ends up happening is Kaitlyn gets out of bed and switches places with Jesse so he's now laying with me. He lays his head on my chest and i'm pretty much holding him as he closes his eyes and we both fall asleep. The next morning, when i wake, he and his friend are gone...already busy doing whatever everyone else was. Throughout the day, when i see Jesse, he does not talk to me..he ignores me. which is strange, because he seemed like he wanted to talk to me, but he didnt. It confused me. But later that night, when we went back to sleep, Jesse again slept with me and Kaitlyn with his friend. But this time, Jesse held me. I was shaking and scared of something but so was he--and he held me while we fell asleep. And then the dream ends. Just like that. I dont know if its just a stupid dream that means nothing--but i've had it continuily and i really want to know why i keep having the same stupid dream over and over again. cause evreytime i have it, i feel more like i'm really there. its weird. Anyone have ANY idea what any little section of this could mean?? im confused!!

Thanks. That explained some..and you're the only one to somehow sort this out for me.
The main thing thats bugging me, is what was i scared of? what was he scared of?
we are extremely close and in a situation like this, if something was wrong, i know that he would act like this and take care of me...same goes for me to him. so its not that far from reality.
does it really mean that much like you said? or am i over thinking it?
