Default I hit a little girl with my car

My mom and I were at a location north of where we live, and we both were driving separately. I didn't leave at the same time, so I didn't follow her. I got on the highway (which I'm very familiar with; I drive on the highway every day), I realized after an exit that I was going further North, rather than South which is the direction I should have been going. So I tried to get off at the next exit and get onto the correct highway, but I ended up getting back on the wrong one. I took the next exit, which is in a part of town known for having mean police officers who will ticket you for nearly anything.

I pulled into a parking space next to a restaurant, and went in to get directions to the correct highway. I don't think I got any directions, but I knew basically that turning left out of the business was south, so I decided to do that. When I came back out, I realized there was a police car nearby, and my car actually was on the sidewalk, and not in a parking space at all. I quickly got into my car, and drove to the driveway so I could turn out onto the street before the police noticed my bad parking job. While I was sitting in the narrow driveway waiting for an opportunity to turn left, a family with a mom, dad, and two small girls walked by. The smallest was so tiny she was pretty much impossible to see as she walked next to my car. I looked in the rearview mirror to try and see where they were at behind my car, but I couldn't see in the rearview mirror at all; it was angled wrong, and for whatever reason I couldn't fix it. Distracted, I let off the brake a little, and felt my car back into the smallest girl.

I quickly got out and the mom was really upset (but not angry at me), I was upset, and the girl was crying really hard. I kept asking "Is she hurt?" over and over, and I wanted to ask "Where is she hurt?" but I didn't want to admit to myself (or her family) that I thought she was injured. I walked over to the mom who was holding the baby and pulled of the girl's shoe and sock, discovering that she had a circular bruise on the top of her foot. I didn't look for injuries anywhere else and I just assumed that her foot injury was the only one.

Then a woman police officer walked up and told me I was violating some sort of law with my car (parking related). The mother of the injured girl defended me and said that they had distracted me, or something like that. The police officer let me off, partly for what the woman said, and partly because the officer knew I didn't know where I was and didn't know of that particular law. I then asked the officer how to get home (I guess I'd forgotten what I was told earlier) and I told her I needed to find the highway going North (which I didn't, obviously, but I didn't realize this until after I woke up).

She told me I needed to turn left out of the driveway, and didn't tell me anything beyond that. I thanked her, and tried to get back into my car. At first I tried to get into the back of my car (thinking it was the front) and then realized my mistake, and got into the driver's seat. I waited until I could go, but had many false-starts. Finally, I turned left, and I looked at the lanes I could choose from. I could go into the left turn lane, the unmarked lane, the left turn or forward lane only, and the right turn only lane. Although the set-up didn't make any sense to me even in my dream-state, I decided to go into the unmarked lane to go forward.

I didn't know which way I wanted to go, but I didn't want to go into one of the "only" lanes which would restrict me. I suddenly was no longer in my car, and I was just standing in the middle of the road. It was raining, and I tried to put my hood over my head to keep dry, but I couldn't. I saw a lightening strike in the sky, and I heard people cheering. I tried to imagine myself back in my car so that I could drive my car back home, but was unsuccessful. Then I woke up.

Any thoughts as to what this could mean?

Hi,
Going to the north is a good symbol.
Driving means guidance of the life.
Honest police means a benefit, but mean police no.
A little girl means some blessing and happiness , her leg means some money at work, bruise means money again. But if a broken leg means a money loss as much as the half of your money.
