lots of feces on a toilet paper... weird

Last nite i was in a group of women. they all had children, so did i- a son. my son and i we went to the bathroom. it was very dirty the room. i had to wipe his butt and the toilet paper, as i was unrolling it, poop was coming out. all of it was filthy with poop. i got dirty. i put my son in a shower and washed him. then i washed myself. i was half naked and one of the women was knocking at the door. i told her to wait and i'll open it. she kept knocking and got upset. she told me she had to go quickly, so - i don't know how- she opened the door, got something out of the bathroom and left.

i finally got dressed and left. there was noone left outside. and it looked like the room, backstage from my dream i had a few nights ago...
