Friends, Church, Prayer and Blood

I had the weirdest dream last night. I had a dream an old friend of mine shot my best friend in the arm 3 times. He had every opportunity to shoot me, but did not try to he wanted to shoot her. After he shot her in the arm its like she was laying in front of the church where I was baptised and i was going to do surgery on her, but it looks as though I was doing surgery on her leg and not her arm. As I was doing the surgery i could see the wound on her leg, but I couldn't patch it up.

Then it looked like she was pregnant and losing the baby and blood was all around her legs. I couldn't save her for some reason. So, I started holding her and praying for her and its like the holy spirit was coming from me and going into her and there was a light around us as though God was helping. Then I looked up and saw my son(baby only 2) and its like he could help and he gave a look as though he was helping and then he walked away and started playing as a child would.

Then my husband woke me up because I was actually trembling in me sleep and breathing heavy. I don't know what any of this could mean. Can someone attempt to interpret this?

Shooting means sending bitter messages , her arm sometimes means her brother.

Her leg means her work , business or money.
She was pregnant means she is due to receive some money, but bleeding means losing some money, she lost the baby means she will lose the money.
A baby boy means a sorrow and illness is on the way.
Praying
Praying to God in the dream means achieving a wish.
If one dreamt he was praying for himself and asking forgiveness God means he will have a good lasting and will achieve a wish.
If dreamt he was praying for someone else means he will be an oppressor and corrupt.

I believe this dream reveals apart of you that has a compassionate heart for others. I also believe it reveals God's given destiny for your life in the area of healing through prayer. You weren't able to competely do surgery on your friend but helped out some, meaning there are some scars that God will enable you to act upon and pray for healing and other scars that you leave up to God to heal, and quite possibly may just need more prayer and time for healing. This may also reveal those closest to you (best friend) that you've noticed the enemy coming in from the past in an attempt to steal, kill, and destroy, but wasn't successful. God may be wanting to use you to come to their aid and not allow the enemy to have his way..along the way He will be your helper. I wonder if your are a surgeon in real life? No I am not a surgeon in real life, which was weird that I was cutting her with a scalpel to try and help her. What doesn't make sense is why my old friend was after my best friend. He hasn't ever had any problem with her.
