Someone I love drowned

I had a very strange dream last night, and its probably even starnager that I remember so much of it. Howsever, I was wondering if anyone would have any ideas on what it meant.

I was in a seaside resort near where I work and was walking my dog on the beach, he normally won't go anywhere near the water but in my dream he ran straight in and was being washed out. I wanted to save him but I was frozen, then somehow it changed and it wasn't my dog at all but a man. I never saw this person but I had a strong feeling that it was someone I was in love with. I couldn't save him and he died. My memory goes a bit scarce here but I remember there were people searching for his body and his mother was telephoning me but I wouldn't speak to her.

In reality I am single, and have been for the past 6 months. I also have plans to move to the village where this hapened in the next few months so this may ahve some bearing.

Any input would be appreciated

Perhaps your dream was based on a real story as the scenario of someone drowning while trying to save adog happens on the coast. However your dream was about what was happening in your sleep. You have a lot going on at present; planning to move and waiting for MR Right! My guess is that your dream was caused by you thinking about your problems in sleep.

Dreams do tend to have meanings. They tend to define how you are thinking right now on a particular topic. They pinpoint some new insight. Often there is a moral attached to the story. There is some hidden meaning.

Why would you want to save him? Maybe it links to you thinking how he is not coping in somne situation? But it may link in some other way. Maybe you want to show him how important he is... so some fictitious situation involving you helping him would show you how much he means to you

Hi,
A dog means someone who doesn't do on what he knows.
If a man was drowned would mean something like drowning in money but now a dog was drowned at first may mean a warning about him,
If you help a few homeless or poor it will help him to rescue.
This will happen after a few months ,
